Payment and refund Terms:
1.
Once the order and payment has been completed, you automatically have accepted the terms and conditions.
2.
I/We hereby agree that once I/we have paid the full amount towards the invoice issued, I/we have read, accepted, and understood all the terms and conditions applicable herein with no further recourse to the matter.
3.
I/We further agree that at the time of placing the order and paying for the order that I am of a capacity mind and my intention was same.
4.
All values indicated within the “Tax Invoice” have been disclosed and I have accepted these amounts as stated.
5.
All and any refunds will only be entertained within a 24-hours period of placing your order and paying the amount indicated within the invoice. Once an invoice is issued, this would confirm your order and delivery which means your transaction would be completed, other than the delivery to acted upon.
6.
Your order will be planned into the production schedule upon payment, if stock is not available and in accordance with the requested delivery date and agreed upon.
7.
Please ensure your delivery address is captured corrected as incorrect details will cost you further delivery cost prior to the delivery date. Should payment not reflect into the business bank account, the order will not be finalised and nor would the order be seen as transaction.
8.
In the event that a garment is not delivered 30 days after the delivery date, the garment shall be sold as “soil goods” to recover all cost of storage of the garment/s and the Client hereby revokes the right to any claim, thereafter.
9.
All cancellations done after a period of 7 (sevens) from date of order and payment being settled in full, shall attract a 20% handling fee surcharge. Should the garment be in the process of manufacturing or being sorted as per your order which includes the design process but not limited to and including purchase of fabric, initial design, you will be responsible for any costs incurred and same shall be deducted from the amount paid and the balance, if any shall be paid to your account within 21 (twenty-one) days from date of cancellation.
10.
All Clients are advised that any part payments made shall not be deemed as a transaction should the amount not equate to the value of the order.
11.
All cancellation due to unforeseen matters by the Client shall be regulated by the point 9, above and should a cancellation be placed forth after the order has been processed, the Client shall be held liable for the full cost of the garment, irrespective of their willingness to use the product or not.

Order Terms:
1.
In terms of an ‘Order” being required to be delivered within the normal period which is the standard period of 14 (fourteen) working days for the order to be delivered.
2.
Should you have a change of mind and wish to cancel or change your order, this would need to be done within a 24-hour notice to avoid any charges being levied against your payment.
3.
Alex K Collection (Pty) Ltd, its directors, shareholders, employees, agents and/or any other person/s shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to garments that occurs once the goods have left the company.
4.
Alex K Collection (Pty) Ltd will not be responsible for any bodily injuries or damages/loss to property that occurs with the use of its product or garments.
5.
It is agreed that any bespoke designs, sketches, prints, patterns, and other related arrangements that is created by Alex K Collection (Pty) Ltd, shall automatically be the property of Alex K Collection (Pty) Ltd and all Intellectual Property rights shall be passed to Alex K Collection (Pty) Ltd or shall be held by Alex K Collection (Pty) Ltd, include copy rights of such products.
6.
The client shall not have any rights to use, copy or re-design any of the garments listed on the Alex K Collection (Pty) Ltd website or On-line store nor are the client allow to brand the name “Alex K Collection”
